What's Involved In Aerial Dance and Fitness?

In our Aerial Dance and Fitness classes, we use long, beautiful silks to climb, stretch, dance, and explore body movement in a totally new way. We're able to build strength and flexibility, grow your confidence and curiosity, and have an amazing time doing it.

Aerial Dance - on Silks - A beautiful artwork and wonderful physical workout. Gain upper body & core strength, while learning aerial dance techniques including climbs, locks, and midair movements. Class includes conditioning and stretching. 

Aerial Fitness - Conditioning focused class using the aerial hammock and silks. Use of the hammock aids in movements, assists with balance, and can add challenge and benefit utilizing body weight and compensating gravity. Also will use the aerial silks for basic aerial moves and climbs to build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Suited for all levels.
