Honor God Through Movement—Your Body is His Temple

At Faith Fitness, we understand fitness to be an act of praise and worship. We consider the body a temple of the Lord, and so with Faith Fitness classes, we honor Him through our bodies, breath, and spirit. The programs have been designed in a way that combines the wisdom of yoga, physical fitness, nutrition for a mature body, and the truth of the scriptures, which strengthens you physically and mentally, allowing you to walk on Christ’s path.

Whether you are just beginning your exercise journey or are at any level of practice, our classes have been designed for all levels, allowing you a safe space for personal and spiritual growth.

Stretch Therapy

(Acts 4:30) Stretch out your hand to heal, and signs and wonders are performed through the name of your holy servant Jesus.

Guided, therapeutic movements: restore mobility, release tension, and invite God’s healing presence into body and soul.

Rooted & Grounded Core

(Ephesians 3:17) so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have power together with all the Lord’s holy people.

Focused at building a strong foundation of faith and body through core practices centred at deepening the spiritual connection and strengthening stability.

Family Stretching with Spirit

(Proverbs 22:6) Train a child in the way he should go, and he will not deviate from it, even in old age

Fun sessions designed for parent and child bonding. Enjoy a blend of playful stretches, balance, and strength, where you grow together in faith and family.

Temple Sculpt

(1 Corinthians 6:19) do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, who you have received from God? You are not your own: you were bought at a price. Therefore, honor God with your bodies.

Strength and resistance-training, that is low-impact, free-flowing, with optional hand weights. The modifications are an honor to your body- the temple of God.

Faithful Flow

(1 Timothy 4:8) for physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.

Combining a versatile blend of cardio, core, and spirit-filled movement, these sessions are aimed at the energy, endurance, and finding joy in the Lord. Light weights are optional.

Rest in Him

(Matthew 11:28) Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

Restorative and gentle yoga postures that cleanse the mind and body and refresh your soul. Perfect for self-discovery, renewal, recovery, and reflection.

Breath of Life Chair Yoga

(Psalm 150:6) Let everything that breathes offer praises to the Lord

Designed for people of all ages and abilities. Classes include accessible stretches and guided breathwork, with provided chair and additional gentle support.

Our Faith Fitness sessions are offered in Studio D in Friendwood and have a private entrance in the back parking lot of the building. Joining us is very simple. You can contact us through the website or simply give us a call, and we will help you with everything.
