Aerial Dance & Fitness uses silks/hammocks for a blend of strength, flexibility, balance, and fun. This modality offers deeper stretches, spinal decompression, improved core stability, cardiovascular benefits, and stress relief- all supported by research.
Our prenatal classes, offered weekly, use gentle, supportive poses (modified Cat–Cow, side-lying savasana, hip openers) combined with breathwork and meditation. These practices reduce back pain, anxiety, improve sleep and circulation, and strengthen pelvic/core muscles—backed by University of Michigan/WebMD studies.
At Sundance Yoga, we offer specialized Therapeutic/Gentle yoga sessions for seniors. These sessions are designed to heal you from within and induce holistic development of the mind and soul. All classes are conducted with due consideration and care, with required props, support, and under expert guidance.
