Monica Gutierrez

Monica has practiced yoga for over 20-years, is a registered Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance and certified Prenatal Instructor. Having studied in the Anusara lineage and teaching at Sundance Yoga Studio. She is trained as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and is a member of National Ayurvedic Medical Association.
