Aerial Dance - on Silks - A beautiful artwork and wonderful physical workout. Gain upper body & core strength, while learning aerial dance techniques including climbs, locks, and midair movements. Class includes conditioning and stretching.
Aerial Fitness - Conditioning focused class using the aerial hammock and silks. Use of the hammock aids in movements, assists with balance, and can add challenge and benefit utilizing body weight and compensating gravity. Also will use the aerial silks for basic aerial moves and climbs to build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Suited for all levels
