	Oct 10	Meditation Workshop (Fri 6:30-9pm) Valerie will be offering a meditation class for all levels of experience. Cost $20 in advance or $25 at the door.
	Oct 24	Headstand / Shoulderstand Workshop with Shelby (Fri 6-8 pm). Come and experience these two powerful poses. Learn how to find the “king” and “queen” of all asana and improve your sense of balance and well being. This workshop is appropriate for Level 2 students and up. Held at the Friendswood Studio. $20 in advance, $25 at the door. Reservations required. Minimum 10 students.
